Researchers’s Day 2018_

The Researchers’ Days will return for its 6th edition on Friday,

The Call for proposals is now open!

Don’t miss the chance to interact and motivate future generations of scientists and share the passion that got you into research by offering them a hands-on science workshop or a Science Café!

The event fosters the direct exchange between researchers and the public by offering researchers multiple ways to demonstrate their fields of science in a fun way.

Whether you are a researcher, engineer or science communicator, whether you are working in the public or private sector, in Luxembourg or as a Luxembourger abroad, we invite you to submit your proposals for a science workshop or a Science Café.

All scientific disciplines are invited to participate.

Call for proposals The Researchers’ Days 2018 include two components:

  • Interactive and hands-on science workshops
  • ‘Meet the Scientist’ Cafés by interactive discussions with visitors about different scientific matters

Please note that associations which usually organise scientific activities for younger children (< 12 years) may choose between two modes of participation:

  • you may be present during the two days, if you feel comfortable to organise a workshop for secondary school pupils (12-19 years),
