In order to continue the expansion of our Advisory department, we are currently searching for a permanent position a:
Manager Advisory Public Sector and small & medium sized companies (m/f) (ref. XXX)
Our clients engage EY to assist them in strategic direction, governance, organizational development, performance improvement, risk management, operational procurement strategies, large-scale business transformation agendas, cost & revenue management, profitability analysis of investment decisions, people & change management, transparency in finance & accounting, process efficiency & modelling and document management.
Your responsibilities:
_Contribute to the growth of the Advisory department in the Public Sector and small & medium sized companies by executing sales initiatives and account management
_Seize new business opportunities and help to ensure EY is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by providing high quality services to its clients
_Being a strong people and client leader and play a key role in our fast growing Advisory practice
_Have a clear leadership role that comprises to focus on winning in the market, to enable exceptional client service delivery with highest performing teams
_Deliver added value to the clients by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions for improving their business and streamline their processes
_Assign a team that will meet and exceed the clients’ expectations in standards of service and client care
_Demonstrate professionalism and competence in all interactions with the client
_Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments in an effective and efficient manner
_Rely upon our superior global Government & Public Sector network of professionals who strengthen our local value proposition
_Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other service lines across the organization to ensure efficient utilization of knowledge and resources to deliver services
Your profile:
_You hold a Master Degree in Engineering or a specialisation in Economics and Finance or Business Management. An additional degree such as a MBA is seen an asset.
_You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience in Advisory for public sector entities and/or small & medium-sized companies within the Luxembourgish Market either in a local Big 4 firm or a smaller consultancy or a leading industrial company.
_You are an experienced project manager with a proven track record of professionally managed assignments within vivid and dynamic organizations of high-demanding clients.
_You are capable to ensure project economics in relation to expected high quality standards.
_You are motivated to go the extra mile when advising public sector organisations and small & medium-sized companies with a high need for impact and results.
_You are an excellent salesperson with a proven track record of business development capabilities, i.e. successfully identifying, initiating and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities for the public sector and small & medium-sized companies.
_You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
_You demonstrate excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
_You show well established organization, multitasking and prioritization skills.
_You are fluent in English, French and German and you are willing to learn Luxembourgish whilst we will support you in a dedicated tailor-measured training.
